Aircon in my room did not work

It was standard with all facilities as advertised.

It could do with some lighter flooring at reception and brighter lighting. Too many chairs at the cafeteria area. The repainting has been left unattended which makes the venue look in disrepair. A pedestrian entrance to the nearby garage with paving would be convenient.

It is very clean and tidy. Closer to the Gautain station of Midrans. Closer to the Spar, Shoprite Pick n Pay etc. Good Security. Good service.

They don't have a an in house restaurant for guests to have their meals if need. Floor mats were not available in the room.

Checking in and out was hassle free.The room was generally clean.

The bed isn't very comfortable.The blanket and bed cover colours aren't very appealling.Add more tv channels including radio.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located within a decent distance from the convention centre.

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to locate the first time and could do with some additional signposting with lighting to make it more visible at night.

The friendly and helpful service was amazing. Came back to a clean room on each day.

The fact that there are guests who makes noise past 21:00 so should look at that for those who are trying to sleep

House keeping was great. Room always had clean linnen everyday

Shower exposed, after specifically asking if the shower is private and that no one can see you, which was confirmed, which we can now see is an absolute lie Top bed not made, asked for an extra duvet, been waiting 2 hours for it No assistance with backage Room is unlikable for three people for 5 nights yet the person who we were talking to never told us about the rooms size One roll of toilet paper, no spares Receptionist called out one of our friends who was staying and asked for only her ID snd address without reasoning, making our friend very uncomfortable Not suitable for handicapped people No Room service No telephone in room No booklet with local restaurants or activities Vending machine ate my money, person at counter said I must put more money in and then it will give me two of the things I wanted, but it only gave me one, and the lady at reception just said oh she thinks the guys are coming the next day so she will ask them. It was R8 she could've given me R8 out of the till and I could've got another packet of chips, but she didn't Tops of windows covered in a layer of dirt Screws loosening from bunk bed, and a screw missing, even though there's a sticker on the bunk bed saying that it is compliant with security norms. Takes about 3 buzzers for them to open the gate, even though they have a camera on the gate. As well as they open for literally everyone and they open wrong side

I booked this hotel for my parents, this is the second time because they enjoyed it so much the first time. This time, the reception asked for my card details. I can’t understand how the rules changed and considering the payment was made in full, what was the need for my card. I live in the UK, so how was I meant to be present my card?? This meant my parents had to pay cash and defeated the object often booking it for them. I am not impressed. If you going to change your policies you should advertise these changes!

Bed were not comfortable. Bunk bed did not come with a duvet. My daughter does not like blankets.

I just felt it was soo tiny and compact. The toilet was too small. Not even towels. I fell getting out the shower as their was no non slip mat.

The Facility Is Great And Very Quiet And Get Peace Of Mind.

What I Did't Like Is The Units Don't Have Microwaves Or Utensils In The Room That Should Be Added Cause We Order Take Outs And Need To Warm Them Up

The breakfast options were very basic. We did not have breakfast there. This can improve. The location was perfect for our needs. Value for money.

We were two colleagues that had to share a room. The shower in the room was not ideal for this situation, but everything else was lovely and clean.

The shower door did not close properly so the water from showering was on the floor. We were told there is only one mop in the entire building when we went to ask for it so to mop the fllor.
